Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Finance Transformation Specialist to drive the optimization and automation of financial processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365. In this role, you will act as a functional expert, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

- Act as functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
- Translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions
- Drive continuous development and optimization of D365 Finance
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analyses
- Manage Finance requirements and backlog items
- Identify automation and digitalization opportunities across Finance
Wat je meebrengt
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or comparable qualification
- 5–10 years of experience in Finance systems, Finance transformation, or Finance process improvement
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of core Finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Treasury
- Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects
- Fluent English and ideally fluent German

- Experience with Power Platform / Power Automate
- Experience with Copilot, AI, or Finance automation
- Experience with Finance data/integrations and Power BI
- Experience in an international Finance environment
