Keune Haircosmetics Manufacturing B.V. in Soest is looking for a Subcontracting Manager to oversee relationships with subcontractors, co-packers, and co-fillers. In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Manage relationships with subcontractors, co-packers, and co-fillers
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, agreements, contracts, and payment terms
- Monitor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews
- Ensure subcontractors comply with quality requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments
Wat je meebrengt
- 3–5 years experience in subcontracting, external manufacturing, or supplier management
- Experience in commercial negotiations and supplier relationship management
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes in haircare or beauty
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of cost structures
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ownership
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
