ElevenLabs is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with a backend focus to build and scale creative agents. You will own features end to end, from user needs to production support, in a remote-first environment.

Build production agents and expand their capabilities
Design and operate reliable backend systems for asynchronous creative generation
Develop shared evaluations and live quality monitoring
Own features end to end from user needs to production support

Wat je meebrengt

Strong backend engineering skills and experience operating production systems
Hands-on experience developing agents
Evidence of independent end-to-end ownership across the stack
Good product judgement and clear communication

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with multimodal generation or creative editors
Familiarity with MCP
Experience building products in a small fast-moving team
