Broadpin is looking for a Medior/Senior CNC Service Desk Engineer to handle 2nd line support and resolve technical incidents. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with Service Desk and Managed Services teams.

Perform 2nd line Service Desk activities
Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests
Provide technical support related to CNC
Take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution
Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
Work closely with Service Desk and Managed Services teams

Wat je meebrengt

5–10 years of relevant experience
Experience with CNC
Experience in a Service Desk or technical support environment
Good command of English
