This hybrid role focuses on developing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial agreements in a regulated life sciences environment.

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for Contract Manufacturing Organizations
- Support RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for sourcing opportunities
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts and supply agreements
- Maintain contract repository and manage amendments, renewals, and terminations
- Serve as primary contact for Contract Manufacturing Organizations and monitor supplier performance

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience
- Life sciences industry experience
- Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts with Contract Manufacturing Organizations in a regulated environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
