Everai is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to lead paid acquisition and drive scalable growth. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to own campaigns end-to-end while collaborating with a dynamic team.

- Lead paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns
- Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements
- Monitor performance daily with analytics tools
- Drive decisions through analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, cohort behavior
- Own creative briefing and collaborate on landing pages
- Manage traffic source relationships and explore new acquisition opportunities
Wat je meebrengt
- 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
- Managed $300K to $1M+ monthly paid media spend
- Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization
- Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
- Analytical skills with GA4, Voluum, tracking, dashboards
- Strong creative instincts and landing page optimization

- Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks
- Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals like dating, femtech, telehealth
