GitLab is looking for a Solutions Architect to support its public sector customers in the East region. In this remote role, you will provide pre-sales technical guidance and shape account strategies for government environments.

Engage with public sector customers onsite and remotely for pre-sales technical guidance
Collaborate with sales team to shape account strategies for government environments
Own technical evaluation process including proof of concept and proof of value design
Lead creation of Customer Success Plans with technical success criteria
Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders
Run Value Stream Assessments to identify software delivery improvements

Wat je meebrengt

Background in technical pre-sales, consulting, or IT roles with U.S. public sector or federal customers
Hands-on experience with GitLab and modern software development practices like CI/CD and DevSecOps
Experience with cloud computing platforms in regulated or security-conscious environments
Ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business or mission outcomes
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for customer meetings and demos
Openness to learning and seeking feedback
