GitLab is looking for a Director of Customer Success for the EMEA region. This role sets the regional customer-success strategy and leads the CSMA and CSE teams as one integrated organization. You will drive adoption, outcomes, and platform value while owning operational excellence and business performance.

- Significant leadership experience in Customer Success or related post-sales function in enterprise SaaS
- Experience leading both customer-facing relationship and technical teams through managers
- Track record of improving adoption, outcomes, retention, and expansion in complex enterprise accounts
- Experience designing or scaling coverage models across dedicated, pooled, digital, or programmatic motions
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, success planning, health and risk management
- Ability to lead technical and business conversations with senior customer stakeholders
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with DevSecOps, software development lifecycle, or enterprise technology transformation
- Experience leading adoption of AI, developer productivity, security, or platform capabilities
- Familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce
- Experience operating in a high-growth, global, all-remote company
- Experience building scaled enablement programs or technical communities
