War Child Alliance foundation is looking for a Learning Designer to lead the design of learning trajectories for their Care System. In this consultancy role, you will work remotely to create blended learning paths and e-learning courses that support implementation in conflict-affected contexts.

Lead learning design projects for Care System implementation
Design and facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders
Provide instructional design for blended learning paths
Plan and produce e-learning courses with storyboards and multimedia
Publish prototypes and conduct user testing
Gather lessons from communities of practice to improve learning paths

Wat je meebrengt

Education in Instructional Design, Digital Arts, or equivalent
Experience designing scalable learning models
Experience with e-learning authoring tools like Evolve
Minimum 5 years creating in-product micro learning
Strong written and spoken English
Ability and willingness to travel for content sprints and field trainings
