NeoDay B.V. is looking for a Customer Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding projects from start to finish. In this hybrid role based in Tilburg, you will manage technical integrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Own the project plan from kick-off to launch
- Translate business goals into technical requirements
- Manage technical integrations with client POS systems
- Ensure data integrity and system architecture quality
- Set up client instance and conduct platform training
- Collaborate with CSM team on program design feasibility
Wat je meebrengt
- 3–6 years in Technical Project Management, SaaS Implementation or B2B Onboarding
- Understanding of data flows, SDKs, and POS integrations
- Clear communication skills for diverse audiences
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Hands-on technical experience with APIs
- Speaking Dutch, German, French, or Italian
