ViCentra B.V. is looking for an Operations Finance Manager to take ownership of financial processes in a mission-driven environment. This hybrid role in Utrecht focuses on standard costing, inventory valuation, and production finance.

Wat ga je doen

  • Own the standard cost model end to end
  • Run the monthly production close and explain variances
  • Own inventory valuation and reconcile subledger to general ledger
  • Manage financial interface with contract manufacturing partner
  • Translate commercial sales plan into production cost forecast and budget
  • Build gross margin bridge and unit cost trajectory for leadership

Wat je meebrengt

  • Degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field
  • 6 to 9 years of finance experience in cost accounting or production finance
  • Technical command of standard costing, BOM, variance analysis, inventory valuation
  • Understanding of operations and experience with external manufacturer
  • Ownership of at least one cost improvement or capacity expansion programme
  • Excellent stakeholder skills and resilience

Mooi meegenomen

  • Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, RA, CPA or equivalent)
  • Fluent Dutch
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
  • IFRS capitalisation knowledge
  • Power BI or Tableau skills
