This role is with Careerstrengo, a scale-up based in Utrecht. As Partnership Manager, you will drive growth by building and managing strategic partner relationships across the EMEA region.

- Research and identify potential partners aligned with business goals
- Develop and execute business plans for partner relationships in EMEA
- Acquire new customers through partners and ensure successful implementations
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships as primary contact
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for partner gains
Wat je meebrengt
- 2+ years experience in partner management or business development in SaaS
- Proven track record managing and growing partnerships that drive revenue in EMEA
- Self-starter with strong business acumen and understanding of SaaS models
- Excellent English communication skills
- Get-things-done mentality with drive to meet targets
- Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot)
