ViCentra B.V. is looking for a (Senior) People Operations Specialist to oversee employee lifecycle management and drive process improvements. Based in Utrecht, you will handle payroll, employee relations, compliance, mobility topics, and maintain HRIS data integrity.

Wat je meebrengt
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar people operations role in scaling company
- Solid background in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, Dutch labor law
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office
- Fluent in English
