About the job

ViCentra B.V. is looking for a (Senior) People Operations Specialist to oversee employee lifecycle management and drive process improvements. Based in Utrecht, you will handle payroll, employee relations, compliance, mobility topics, and maintain HRIS data integrity.

What you will do

  • Oversee employee lifecycle management and process improvement
  • Manage payroll processing via third-party provider
  • Handle employee relations and compliance
  • Coordinate mobility topics like visa applications and relocations
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports

What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar people operations role in scaling company
  • Solid background in HR operations, payroll, employee relations, Dutch labor law
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Experience with French, German, or UK labor law
  • Dutch language skills
