ViCentra B.V. is looking for a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes. This hybrid role in Utrecht offers the chance to lead impactful initiatives in a high-volume production environment.

Wat ga je doen

Lead continuous improvement initiatives including root cause analysis and Lean/Six Sigma projects
Design, develop, optimize, and qualify manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment
Support development and qualification of tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation such as work instructions and process specifications
Plan and execute validation activities for regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Engineering, Operations, and R&D teams

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience in high-volume manufacturing environment
Strong project management skills with track record of delivering manufacturing projects
Experience with ISO 13485 and/or GMP environments
Strong analytical skills with experience in manufacturing data and statistics
Excellent communication skills in English

Mooi meegenomen

Master’s degree in relevant field
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
Experience in medical device manufacturing, automation, and equipment lifecycle management
Proficiency with Minitab and MS Project
