Keylane is looking for a Senior VMware / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you will design, deploy and operate VMware and cloud infrastructure solutions. You will also contribute to network integration and platform security.

Wat ga je doen

Design, develop and deploy VMware and cloud infrastructure solutions
Operate and improve VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vSAN, NSX and related platform services
Maintain and improve hybrid cloud connectivity, network integration and platform segmentation
Contribute to Cisco ACI related design, integration and operational activities
Identify, analyze and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities, capacity risks and application deployment issues
Install and maintain operating systems, service packs, security patches and bug fixes

Wat je meebrengt

BSc in Computer Science, IT Infrastructure or comparable experience
Good communication and cooperation skills for international team work
Availability to help resolve urgent production issues outside business hours
Good understanding of networking concepts like routing, switching, VLANs, load balancing, firewalls, segmentation and network troubleshooting
Exposure to Cisco ACI or comparable software-defined networking platforms
Experience with VMware technologies such as vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX and VMware Cloud Foundation
