PSI CRO is looking for a Specialist Talent Acquisition to join their team in Utrecht. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting first-round interviews.
Wat ga je doen
- Develop and post job advertisements
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Screen candidates and conduct first-round interviews
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System records
- Build candidate pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and full working proficiency in Dutch
Mooi meegenomen
- Recruitment experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of German
