PSI CRO is looking for a Specialist Talent Acquisition to join their team in Utrecht. This role focuses on attracting and hiring top talent for clinical research positions. You will manage the full recruitment cycle in a global and collaborative work environment.

- Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews
- Maintain Applicant Tracking System records
- Build candidate pipelines

- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and full working proficiency in Dutch
