AbbVie is looking for an Associate Director to own the S&OP process for its Europe Therapeutics division. In this role, you will drive process adherence between Operations and Commercial/Finance leadership, govern cross-functional interdependencies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to align and implement S&OP/S&OE
- Build cross-functional relationships and collaborate on system improvements
- Facilitate performance metric development and monitor area of responsibility

- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, finance, science, engineering or related field
- Experience in formal S&OP and/or S&OE processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver results with little supervision
