Flink is looking for a Shift Lead to join their team in Zwolle. In this role, you will lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during shifts and taking ownership of productivity and safety. You will also step up in the Hub Manager's absence to drive operations.

• Lead by example on the floor, guiding pickers and riders during shifts
• Take ownership of productivity and safety during shifts
• Perform picking, packing, and inbounding tasks
• Step up in Hub Manager's absence to drive operations
• Coach riders and pickers, assist with inventory and equipment checks
• Ensure hygiene standards and onboard new team members

Wat je meebrengt

• Enjoy working with people and being a point of contact for the team
• Hands-on and love working in operations
• Remain calm in stressful situations and motivate the team
• Some managerial experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or catering
• Available for at least 24 hours per week
• Available to work evenings and weekends
