Pearl Abyss Europe is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead live service operations from their Amstelveen office. In this role, you will manage a team and coordinate between European teams and the global headquarters.

- Manage and mentor a team of Live Operations managers, coordinators, and specialists
- Lead communication between European teams and global HQ
- Create and execute live service operational plans
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve performance
- Manage operational projects from start to finish
- Handle critical live-service incidents as escalation point
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in live game operations, product management, or production at senior level
- Professional English fluency
- Ability to work under pressure and build global stakeholder relationships
- Deep knowledge of online game live services and deployment pipelines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during launches or incidents

- Professional Korean fluency
- Experience as an avid Black Desert Online player
- Passion for video games and industry trends
- Mastery of Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
- Experience managing gaming communities
