Metyis AG is seeking an AI Data Governance Implementation Lead to help clients put Data and AI Governance into practice. In this role, you will identify governance gaps, define ownership, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.

Help clients implement Data and AI Governance in daily practice
Identify priority stakeholders and governance gaps
Define governance ownership and accountability
Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders
Support embedding governance into ways of working
Create reusable templates and playbooks

Wat je meebrengt

4-6 years experience in Data Governance or related field
Experience initiating governance efforts from scratch
Strong understanding of core Data Governance concepts
Understanding of data quality and governance impact on AI
Awareness of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills

Mooi meegenomen

Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK/CDMP or tools like Collibra
Awareness of Responsible AI principles
Exposure to cloud/data platforms like Azure or Databricks
Experience in consulting or international organizations
Basic SQL or BI knowledge and GDPR awareness
