In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will design distributed systems, build cloud-native platforms, and improve engineering practices within development teams.

5+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong backend development experience using Kotlin, Java, Scala, or Golang
Experience building scalable backend systems or distributed architectures
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices such as testing, clean code, and continuous delivery
Experience with AI technologies, LLMs, AI integrations, or a strong affinity for AI-driven development
A consulting mindset: enjoy collaborating with different teams and understanding business needs
