Lucid Motors is looking for a Body Repair Operations Manager to oversee and expand its body repair network across Europe. In this role, you will identify new partners, lead onboarding, and ensure high-quality repair standards are maintained.

- Identify and assess new body repair partners
- Lead onboarding and activation of new body shops
- Manage relationships with existing body repair partners
- Monitor operational performance using KPIs
- Implement and maintain Lucid body repair standards
- Act as escalation point for complex repair cases
Wat je meebrengt
- 5-7 years of automotive experience
- Expertise in body repair, collision repair or vehicle painting
- Strong understanding of body shop operations and quality standards
- Proven experience in partner or network management
- Fluent English
- Willing to travel up to 50% across Europe
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with premium automotive or EV brands like BMW or Mercedes-Benz
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian or Spanish
