Horizon3ai is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join its team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will handle a variety of commercial agreements and support the company's sales and customer success teams.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements like NDAs, MSAs, order forms, and DPAs
Support Sales and Customer Success teams in closing deals
Review and respond to customer contract requests
Partner with Sales and RevOps to resolve contract issues
Maintain standard templates and improve contract workflows
Collaborate with internal teams on contract terms

Wat je meebrengt

Law degree from an accredited law school
3–5+ years of experience in commercial technology transactions
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using AI and legal tech tools

Mooi meegenomen

In-house legal experience in SaaS
Experience with channel, MSP/MSSP, or distributor models
Familiarity with international contracting issues like GDPR and export control
German fluency
Prior work with a cybersecurity company
