Customer Onboarding Manager I (Dutch Speaking)

Pleo is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to guide new customers through the setup process in Amsterdam. In this role, you help customers get the most out of the platform from day one.

Wat ga je doen

• Manage customer onboarding after sign-up
• Identify customer objectives and create rollout plans
• Align on timelines, scope, resources, and integrations
• Configure Pleo for users including activation and compliance
• Integrate with accounting systems and test exports
• Provide consulting, training, and support user adoption

Wat je meebrengt

• 2-3 years customer-facing experience in onboarding or success
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows
• Curiosity for customer needs
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
• Planning, prioritization, and risk management skills
• Business fluency in Dutch and English
