DeepHealth is looking for a Data Privacy Compliance Specialist to support its privacy efforts in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will help ensure compliance with privacy laws and contribute to the company's Privacy by Design program for product development and AI use cases.

- Support organizational data privacy efforts and ensure compliance with privacy laws
- Assist with Privacy by Design program for product development and AI use cases
- Collaborate with Vendor Management on vendor qualification and data processing agreements
- Research country-specific data privacy frameworks and regulations
- Monitor personal data collection, processing, and storage for compliance
- Participate in investigations and impact assessments for privacy-related security events
Wat je meebrengt
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and HIPAA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Mooi meegenomen
- Medical device experience
- Software or Software as a Medical Device experience
- Experience supporting privacy assessments, DPAs, or Privacy by Design activities
