Coordinate and track healthcare IT and clinical AI project delivery from kickoff to go-live
Maintain project plans, timelines, and resource trackers
Monitor progress against milestones and escalate risks and issues
Coordinate cross-functional go-live readiness activities
Draft and distribute project status updates and communications
Serve as central point of contact for project queries and information flow

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, information technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, or project management, preferably in healthcare, IT, software development, or biotechnology
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or equivalent
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail

Mooi meegenomen

CAPM, PMP, or active progress toward a project management credential
Experience in an Agile or Scrum software development environment
Familiarity with healthcare compliance, medical imaging, or clinical workflows
