Flow Traders is a leading trading firm in Amsterdam, seeking a Digital Assets Trader to develop and optimize strategies across CeFi and DeFi markets. You will contribute to 24/7 trading, risk management, and capitalize on market inefficiencies while collaborating with global teams.

Develop, implement, and optimize profitable trading strategies across CeFi and/or DeFi markets
Contribute to 24/7 trading, monitoring, and risk management of digital asset strategies
Identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies across exchanges, instruments, and protocols
Collaborate with global teams to enhance execution, tooling, and trading infrastructure
Contribute research and insights to improve team performance and strategy portfolio

Wat je meebrengt

Minimum 3+ years of professional trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, market maker, or crypto-native trading desk
Proven PnL generation from strategies personally built, deployed, and managed in live production
Experience in low-latency CeFi trading and/or on-chain DeFi trading
Strong understanding of execution, liquidity, and market dynamics
Practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems
Strong quantitative skills with solid programming and data handling capabilities (e.g. Python, SQL)
