Flow Traders is looking for a PhD Graduate Quantitative Researcher to join their team in Amsterdam. You will design and implement models for systematic trading, working with large datasets and collaborating with traders and technologists. This role offers the chance to bring research into production and refine models based on live market performance.

Design, build, optimize, and deploy models and algorithms for systematic trading
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and signals for trading strategies
Collaborate with traders and technologists to bring models into production
Monitor and refine existing models based on live market performance

Wat je meebrengt

PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
Strong statistical and linear algebra knowledge
Proficiency in Python or C++ for implementing models and algorithms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently on open-ended problems
Ownership and entrepreneurship
