Achmea Impact Ventures is looking for a founding Chief Product Officer to launch a new venture within its innovation hub. You will shape and build a digital product from the ground up, working with a dedicated team and a potential technical co-founder.

- Validate user needs and sharpen the problem statement with researchers
- Shape the product roadmap and define the MVP scope
- Work with developers, designers, and data engineers to build and test the product
- Lead early user testing, feedback cycles, and feature prioritization
- Build and lead the product team as the venture grows
- Work alongside a technical co-founder if matched

- Has a clear product idea with early user feedback, sketches, or mockups
- Has built and shipped digital products before
- Has strong experience in product leadership as CPO, product manager, or founder
- Understands user research, problem validation, and product discovery
- Wants to build a company, not just ship a feature
- Is fully committed, not a side project

- Funding up to €500K in stages based on traction
- Salary from day one to focus full-time

- Network access through Achmea for customers or partners
- Structured process with milestones, sparring, and coaching
