Over de functie

Duna is looking for a founding solutions engineer to join their Amsterdam-based team. In this role, you will support account executives throughout the sales process and work closely with customer engineering teams to ensure successful integrations. You will act as the bridge between customers and the product team.

Support account executives from first call to go-live
Run integration workshops with customer engineering teams
Scope customer needs and find simplest path to go-live
Demo product and answer technical questions
Act as first line between customers and engineers
Bring customer feedback to product and engineering teams

Wat je meebrengt

Experience as solutions engineer or similar customer-facing technical role
Experience writing integrations, pragmatic, API-first, knowledge of webhooks, auth, system mapping
Ability to lead and engage senior engineers in a room
Care about platform and customer success equally
Comfortable switching between multiple customers and workstreams daily
Willing to travel regularly for customer meetings

Mooi meegenomen

Fluent English required; other languages a plus
Experience in payments, identity verification, fraud, or integration-heavy products like CRMs
