10xteam is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader for a fractional CISO role based in Amsterdam. This position focuses on designing and implementing scalable security architectures and governance frameworks for a growing organization.

Design and implement scalable security and governance architectures
Architect enterprise-grade information security strategy aligned with business objectives
Develop risk-based security governance frameworks
Integrate security-by-design into product and engineering workflows
Create threat modelling and risk assessment structures
Design security control maturity roadmaps and incident response frameworks

Wat je meebrengt

7+ years experience in cybersecurity leadership roles
Proven experience designing and implementing security programs in scaling environments
Deep knowledge of risk management and control frameworks
Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and enterprise customer security requirements
Ability to operate at executive and board level
Strong technical fluency combined with strategic judgment
