Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead operations at its Amsterdam Central hub. You will oversee the entire flow from picking and packing to delivery, ensuring a great customer experience while managing a team of pickers and riders.

• Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
• Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
• Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
• Take responsibility for customer experience and order accuracy
• Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
• Manage team scheduling and coverage

Wat je meebrengt

• At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
• Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
• Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
• Fluent in English
