About the job
Flink is looking for a Hub Manager to lead operations at its Amsterdam Central hub. You will oversee the entire flow from picking and packing to delivery, ensuring a great customer experience while managing a team of pickers and riders.
What you will do
- Manage operational flow of picking, packing, and delivery
- Ensure safety and compliance with food hygiene and labor laws
- Lead, coach, and develop hub leadership team
- Take responsibility for customer experience and order accuracy
- Recruit, onboard, and train new pickers and riders
- Manage team scheduling and coverage
What you bring
- At least 3 years of operational experience with process optimization and team management
- Experience managing a team with coaching and feedback skills
- Data-driven and able to translate KPIs into processes
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Hands-on and willing to pick, pack, and inbound
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- Dutch language skills
