Incision is a fast-growing international healthtech scale-up. As Lead Software Engineer, you take technical ownership of software delivery and coordinate implementation across teams.

Wat ga je doen

Take technical ownership of software delivery within core engineering team
Ensure features are designed and implemented to high engineering standard
Coordinate technical implementation across Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA
Translate product and business requirements into technical approaches and implementation plans
Design and implement backend services using TypeScript, Node.js and NestJS
Architect solutions on AWS using serverless and managed services

Wat je meebrengt

8+ years of software engineering experience
Experience operating at Lead or strong Senior / Tech Lead level
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js
Production experience with NestJS, Express, Fastify or comparable Node.js frameworks
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems and modern backend design
Significant hands-on experience with AWS

Mooi meegenomen

AWS certification, particularly AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
Experience working as a Lead Engineer in a multi-team environment
Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, CloudWatch or Elastic Stack
Frontend experience, particularly Angular
Experience with healthcare, fintech or another regulated environment
Familiarity with privacy, security and compliance requirements such as GDPR
