Axon is looking for a Legal Commercial Counsel to support its EMEA sales teams. In this role, you will provide legal advice on transactions and handle contract negotiations for goods, services, and SaaS. The position is based in Amsterdam and follows a hybrid work model.

Support EMEA sales teams with legal advice on transactions
Structure, review, and negotiate contracts for goods, services, and SaaS
Supervise and review work of Contracts Managers
Set and enforce risk levels and maintain knowledge bank
Draft and update contract templates and policies
Collaborate with legal team and travel up to 15%

Wat je meebrengt

Minimum 5 years experience in complex commercial contracts
Ability to draft and negotiate high volume of contracts
Knowledge of EMEA procurement laws, mainly UK and EU
Located on east coast
Experience with framework agreements
J.D. and bar membership in US, UK, or EU

Mooi meegenomen

Experience with government procurement laws
Experience negotiating with US, state, local, and federal governments
Experience with international government customers in Canada and LATAM
Previous experience as a sales representative
