Satispay is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Fintech team in Amsterdam, supporting product development in Payments and Consumer Credit. This role involves identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks while advising senior leadership on financial regulations.

- Support product development in Payments and Consumer Credit
- Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks
- Advise on financial regulatory requirements like PSD2, AML/KYC, e-money regulations, and CCD2
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership
Wat je meebrengt
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years PQE
- Deep knowledge of financial and consumer credit regulations
- Demonstrable track record in Fintech and Payments
- Analytical mindset and strong judgment
- English fluency

- Experience in both private practice and in-house settings
- Knowledge of Italian or French
