Riverflex is looking for a Manager to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will lead consulting projects from start to finish and help clients build digital capabilities.
Wat ga je doen
- Lead and manage consulting projects from start to finish
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct research and analysis for business cases and digital capabilities
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies
- Lead, mentor, and inspire teams
- Support business development and proposal writing
Wat je meebrengt
- 6-8 years experience at top-tier consulting firm or related field
- Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends
- Experience building trust with senior stakeholders
- Track record in sales and revenue targets
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 minimum)
