DEPT® is looking for a New Business Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will build relationships with key decision-makers and drive new business opportunities in digital experience and technology services.

Build relationships with marketing and technology decision-makers at prospects
Represent the company in client conversations on digital experience and engineering
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outreach, events, and partnerships
Manage sales pipeline from first contact to signed proposal
Use CRM tools to track activity and report on progress
Work with delivery leads and strategists to build proposals and pitches

Wat je meebrengt

Previous experience in business development or consultative sales in a digital agency or tech consultancy
Experience selling project-based work in digital experience, ecommerce, or technology services
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at manager and director level
Structured approach to prospecting and pipeline management
Strong communicator who explains complex ideas clearly
Fluency in Dutch and English

Familiarity with multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Interest in AI and emerging technology in digital services
