Inforcer is looking for a Partner Success Manager to strengthen relationships with MSP clients in Amsterdam. In this role, you will focus on long-term client satisfaction, growth, and seamless collaboration across teams.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with MSP clients
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Collaborate with Implementation team for smooth onboarding
- Relay customer insights to Product and Engineering teams
- Use data to proactively engage clients and drive adoption
- Guide account plans and support adoption with workshops

- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success or similar client-facing role in MSP or cybersecurity
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
