Develop procurement strategies with government and private organizations
Assess and improve procurement processes for efficiency and transparency
Conduct market research and analyze procurement needs
Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations
Assist in drafting public tender documents and evaluation criteria
Train client staff on procurement best practices

Wat je meebrengt

Master degree in applied economics, law, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics
3 to 6 years experience in consultancy or government
Knowledge of public tendering procedures
Strong team player with good communication skills
Analytical and autonomous
Fluent in Dutch and English

Mooi meegenomen

Interest in data and AI topics
Willingness for temporary assignments abroad
Knowledge of Belgian and international legislation
French language skills
