Develop communication plans for employee and business initiatives
Manage internal editorial calendar and Slack channel governance
Produce monthly and quarterly All Hands meetings
Ghostwrite for executive management board members
Create data-driven engagement and sentiment dashboards
Improve messaging across teams and reduce silos

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years experience in internal communications or corporate comms in high-growth tech or fintech
Native or near-native English writing and editing skills
Track record partnering with executives on change management communications
Experience with digital workplace tools like Slack, Notion, intranet platforms, and survey tools
Data analytics skills
Confidence using AI to enhance work
