Adyen is looking for a Senior Manager, Application Engineering to lead the team that builds and maintains the internal tooling and SaaS ecosystem. This role is based onsite in Amsterdam and focuses on shaping the technical vision and driving platform improvements.

- Background leading engineering teams for internal tooling or enterprise applications
- Skilled in complex project management
- Experience operating enterprise collaboration platforms like Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom
- Solid architectural understanding of productivity platforms
- Familiarity with implementing internal AI or LLM workflows
- Security-first mindset with IAM and compliance experience
