Adyen is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Identity & Risk Intelligence team in Amsterdam. This role focuses on building and scaling machine learning models for financial crime detection, moving toward a self-service framework with ML, GenAI, and agentic approaches. You will own the execution of the financial crime detection strategy and act as the main product partner for Compliance.

- Own execution of the financial crime detection strategy and prioritize data-driven trade-offs
- Act as main product partner for Compliance and translate regulatory expectations
- Define how detection quality and efficiency are measured
- Lead a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts and Backend Engineers
Wat je meebrengt
- 8+ years of Product Management experience building ML-driven products in fast-growing tech or fintech
- 2+ years of experience in AML, fraud detection or financial crime
- Proven track record of owning and scaling ML-driven products like detection or risk models
- Experience building products in highly regulated environments such as payments or banking
- Strong stakeholder management with Compliance, Legal and Risk
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to own outcomes without a single clean metric
