Over de functie

Datasnipper is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the billing and monetization platform for its agentic products. You will build real-time metering, pricing logic, and entitlement services that directly impact activation, conversion, and revenue.

Wat ga je doen

  • Build real-time usage metering and credit consumption for agentic products
  • Design pricing and rating logic for seats, usage, credits, and enterprise contracts
  • Integrate with billing, payment, and finance systems like Stripe, CRM, and ERP
  • Build entitlements service for user and tenant permissions
  • Own onboarding flow including sign-up, trials, provisioning, SSO, and SCIM
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on pricing and licensing

Wat je meebrengt

  • 6+ years in software engineering with production-grade backend experience, ideally Python
  • Experience building billing, metering, licensing, or entitlement systems in production
  • Experience building data-driven web APIs and distributed systems on a major cloud platform
  • Strong grasp of financial correctness including idempotency, consistency, reconciliation, and audit trails
  • Strong fundamentals in software architecture, system design, and data modelling
  • Product mindset with focus on activation, conversion, and revenue

Mooi meegenomen

  • Experience with usage- or credit-based billing including AI token metering and cost attribution
  • Experience with billing platforms like Stripe, CRM like Salesforce, and ERP integrations
  • Experience with identity and provisioning including SSO, SCIM, and multi-tenant account models
  • Experience with product-led growth including self-serve sign-up, trials, and in-product upgrades
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition, invoicing, and tax basics
  • Experience with event streaming and high-volume data pipelines
