Flow Traders, a leading global trading firm, is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join its Amsterdam office. In this hybrid role, you will ensure seamless IT operations for the trading floor and office environments.
Wat ga je doen
- Manage end-user tickets from logging to resolution
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, applications, and office devices
- Set up and configure workstations and meeting room equipment
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning
- Support trading floor operations and incident response
- Monitor Windows systems and maintain asset inventory
Wat je meebrengt
- 2-5 years in similar role or strong internships
- Solid Windows and Microsoft fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and customer focus
- Basic networking knowledge or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Proficiency in English
Mooi meegenomen
- Azure, Intune, or other cloud experience
- Exposure to Linux and networking
- Mobile Device Management experience
- Interest in infrastructure domains
