Altana is looking for a Staff AI Deployment Engineer to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will design and deploy agentic AI workflows while leading customer implementations from start to finish.
Wat ga je doen
- Design and deploy agentic AI workflows
- Lead customer implementations end to end
- Serve as primary technical point of contact during implementation
- Coordinate internal teams across engineering, data science, product, and customer success
- Own implementation roadmap for accounts
- Build reusable playbooks and documentation
Wat je meebrengt
- 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery
- Track record of shipping complex technical projects with external stakeholders
- Strong communicator and coordinator
- Product instincts
- Comfortable with ambiguity and partial information
- Bias toward automation and repeatability
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with global trade, supply chain, customs, or trade compliance
- Background in enterprise software implementation at scale
- Exposure to Spark, Databricks, or large-scale data processing
- Experience building internal tooling or automation adopted by a team
- Formal product management experience
