Adyen is looking for a Team Lead to manage its Salesforce Sales Cloud team in Amsterdam. You will oversee the team's development, facilitate Scrum execution, and drive alignment with stakeholders.

- Manage and develop the team including 1:1s, performance reviews, career progression, and administrative approvals
- Foster a high-performing collaborative team culture
- Facilitate Scrum execution by running ceremonies and removing blockers
- Own capacity planning and align with Product Owner's backlog priorities
- Manage technical debt remediation with Technical Architect
- Drive functional alignment with stakeholders and provide reporting on project timelines
Wat je meebrengt
- 5+ years experience in a fast-paced environment as Senior Admin, Product Owner or similar
- 3+ years as a leader
- Experience managing or partnering with senior technical staff in a platform/engineering context
- Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
