Fastned, a leading fast-charging company for electric vehicles, is looking for a working student to support payroll operations and process automation in Amsterdam. You will help streamline data flows, develop AI agents, and prepare key payroll reports.

Wat ga je doen

Research and test automating data flows from HiBob absence reports into monthly absence templates
Develop AI agents to streamline payroll queries and support operational automation
Collect and consolidate working student hours into a unified report for the Netherlands Payroll Specialist
Consolidate net deductions for loss of access to building card
Prepare monthly overview of car fines to be deducted through payroll
Prepare monthly Payroll Balance sheet reconciliation accounts based on Netsuite reports

Wat je meebrengt

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle sensitive payroll data with discretion
Fluent in English

Mooi meegenomen

Hands-on experience or keen interest in Power BI, SQL, AI platforms, or process automation tools
Additional European language skills
